My first exposure to the world of Real Estate began as Manager of Computer Services for a company specializing in Land Title Searches & Property Assessments.

One day I caught a glimpse of the process where a condominium development transitioned from a plan on paper to property registered with The Land Titles Office.
 
When I realized that each strata lot would become someone's home something clicked.

From that day on I watched the former Expo site & surrounding area blossom into a wonderful waterfront community full of people & homes.

This experience led me towards the world of Real Estate and it is one of the reasons that I am a REALTOR® today.
